Nodular lesions

A 53-year-old man presents with a recent loss of 13 lbs, complaints of night sweats, and a persistant cough.  X-ray shows one nodular lesion in the lower part of the upper right hand lobe of the lung and a nodular lesion in the hilar lymph nodes.
